Robert S. Mendez - President and Senior Property Tax Consultant

As a licensed real estate broker and REALTOR®, Robert has represented taxpayers throughout Florida since 1988. Robert has personally handled more than 20,000 real and tangible personal property appeals.

Robert is actively involved in the politics that affect Florida property owners and has been in the forefront of monitoring and advocating taxpayer issues at both the local and state levels.

Nationally, Robert is a participant in several professional property tax organizations, including the National Property Tax Group and International Association of Assessing Officers.

Barbara E. Milledge - Vice-President and Senior Property Tax Consultant

A licensed real estate broker, Barbara has been with FPTS since the company's inception in 1984. Additionally, Barbara served for two terms as a Special Master for the Value Adjustment Board in Broward County.

Each year, Barbara personally administers more than 500 tax appeals and is our specialist in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Irwin Stolberg - Senior Property Tax Consultant

Born in Brooklyn New York, Irwin came to South Florida in 1973 where after several different business ventures he found his calling as an Ad-Valorem tax advocate.

As a licensed real estate broker, Irwin has represented taxpayers throughout Florida since 1987. Former principal for Consultants for Property Tax, Irwin joined the FPTS team in 2006 bringing with him over 19 years of experience and wisdom. Irwin has personally handled more than 15,000 real and tangible personal property appeals.

Irwin is also actively involved in the politics that affect Florida property owners and has been in the forefront of monitoring and advocating taxpayer issues at both the local and state levels.

Ronald L. Rodriguez - Property Tax Consultant

Ronald Rodriguez prepares and administers property tax appeals through data management, income analysis, market examination, sales preparation and case strategy. Along with real property, he is involved in the analysis and preparation of appeals for tangible personal property. Additionally, he is involved in business procurement and development.

Ronald holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in International Finance and Marketing and is a licensed real estate sales associate.

Elizabeth Padron - Office Manager

Elizabeth has been with the company since 1994 and is responsible for overseeing general office administration. Elizabeth is our main client liaison and works closely with each property owner throughout the appeal process.

Additionally, Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and is a licensed real estate sales associate.

Lisa Ann Mikolai “Mic” - Business and Marketing

Mic works closely with management on business administration and operations while also working on marketing, communications and business development for FPTS.

Mic holds both an M.B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelors degree in English and Art History from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
