Born in Brooklyn New York, Irwin came to South Florida in 1973 where after several different business ventures he found his calling as an Ad-Valorem tax advocate.
As a licensed real estate broker, Irwin has represented taxpayers throughout Florida since 1987. Former principal for Consultants for Property Tax, Irwin joined the FPTS team in 2006 bringing with him over 19 years or experience and wisdom. Irwin has personally handled more than 15,000 real and tangible personal property appeals.
Irwin is also actively involved in the politics that affect Florida property owners and has been in the forefront of monitoring and advocating taxpayer issues at both the local and state levels.
